Senior judge emeritus of Spain's Constitutional Court and retired senior judge of the Supreme Court; lectures on administrative law at several universities.
Pablo García is a member of the National Association of Administrative Sciences and is a member of the advisory committee of the legal journal La Ley.
He was a member of the General Council of the Judiciary from 1985 to 1990 and is a permanent member of the Council of Law Reporting.
He taught administrative law as an associate lecturer at the Universidad de Navarra and the Centro de Estudios Universitarios in Madrid. He was also lecturer at the Instituto de Estudios de Administración Local, and at the Judicial School and School of Legal Practice of Madrid.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He has written on his specialty in several books and legal journals.
