Tomás Montes focuses his practice on banking, finance and capital markets matters, advising banks, companies, investment funds and other financial institutions, as well as sponsors, lenders and developers on national and international financing transactions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an international lawyer in the corporate finance and securities practice at Milbank LLP in New York.
He has worked as an assistant lecturer of various subjects, including advanced corporate law (LL.M.), corporate law (diploma), practical case seminar (LL.M.) and civil law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
