Cuatrecasas ends new edition of Finishing Stages Program for mid-level associates

Cuatrecasas has successfully closed the latest edition of the Finishing Stages Program, a program for boosting the professional skills and business development of new mid-level associates that have been promoted or have joined the firm in 2025.

From May 6 to 9, approximately 59 lawyers took part in different talks and activities organized in Sancti Petri (Cadiz), to learn about key aspects of the firm's strategy and deepen their understanding of the techniques, knowledge and tools of the legal process necessary for improving service-provision skills.

This year, lawyers from different offices in Spain, Portugal, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, New York and Peru participated in the comprehensive training program given by a group of the firm's well-known experts: Javier Fontcuberta (managing partner); Dèlcia Capocasale and Paz Irazusta (partners of Tax); Agustí Cerdá (Finance); Joana Mota and Manuel Requicha (Corporate); Omar Puertas (Litigation and Arbitration); Núria Martín (human resources director); and Laura Canudas (marketing director). The activities benefited from the insight of Sebastián Lora (specialist in communication skills) who offered training on how to sell better, and Jacobo Zarco (partner of Amchor Investment) who analyzed the client's vision.

Throughout three intense days, the program enabled the attendees to expand on their knowledge, learn new techniques from experienced lawyers, and strengthen ties with their colleagues.
