Juan David Mina advises national and foreign clients on cross-border transactions and highly complex matters, handling M&A transactions for a wide range of sectors, with particular emphasis on the energy and infrastructure, private equity and venture capital, banking and finance, fintech, and real estate sectors. 

A tax lawyer with expertise in accountancy, he has advised on a variety of matters, including corporate restructurings and public and private offerings with complex features encompassing both financial and legal matters.
