A tax lawyer with expertise in accountancy, he has advised on a variety of matters, including corporate restructurings and public and private offerings with complex features encompassing both financial and legal matters.
He has also participated in audit processes and tax refund requests and has a highly successful track record dealing with the tax authorities.
Thanks to his experience handling cross-border matters and his in-depth knowledge of foreign law, he has developed strong expertise in estate planning.
