Cuatrecasas advises El Corte Inglés on registering a €1.2 billion commercial paper program on MARF
Cuatrecasas has advised El Corte Inglés, S.A. (ECI)
on registering its commercial paper program with the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF), for a maximum outstanding balance of €1.2 billion. This will enable the company to diversify its funding sources and optimize its costs.
The commercial paper issued under this program will be linked to sustainability, within the Reference Regulatory Framework for Sustainability-linked Financing approved by ECI. The listing document was registered with MARF on December 01, 2023.
