Of the few legislative novelties, we highlight the end of the deadline given to companies to incorporate equality measures for the LGTBI people, or the approval of the Artificial Intelligence Act by the European Parliament. On the other hand, accumulated inflation and the new increase in the minimum wage have had an impact on salaries.

In addition, there have been important judgments on collective and individual termination of employment contracts, use of digital devices, and corporate income tax that need to be considered.

Finally, we are awaiting the approval soon of various regulations that will modify the labor law, regarding maximum working hours, transparent and foreseeable conditions and termination of employment, among others.

For more information, see the Newsletter prepared by the Cuatrecases Knowledge and Innovation Group, which also includes several judgments of interest.
