Ramon Baradat advises companies on adapting to current law on data protection and new technologies, and assists them with developing and implementing regulations, policies, and procedures related to these areas.

He also advises on crossborder data flow and drafting and reviewing data processing agreements. He has carried out risk analyses and data protection impact assessments in various sectors involving technology.

His training in business law and experience as a data protection officer have given him a global vision of the companies he advises, enabling him to help them to achieve their objectives in the applicable legal framework.

He advises clients on an ongoing basis on matters of a national and international scope relating to e-commerce, artificial intelligence, and information technologies. He also has experience with new European regulations relating to cybersecurity and managing business data.

Ramon is the author of several publications and articles on data protection and new technologies, and has collaborated with various associations in the sector. He also speaks at conferences linked to his specialty.

He was appointed KnowledgeNet chapter chair of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the largest association of privacy professionals in the world, showing his commitment and professionalism in this area.
