Cuatrecasas has advised a pool of lending institutions on the refinancing of Vía Célere's debt, through the issuance of €320 million in senior secured bonds, maturing in April 2031, and the subscription of a €60 million senior revolving credit facility. The bonds will be submitted for listing on the Euronext Dublin Exchange.

The transaction reflects Vía Célere's solid reputation as a leading real estate developer in the Spanish market specializing in residential assets, as well as the confidence that the sector inspires in the international investment community. It also provides Vía Célere with long-term financial stability and the necessary balance sheet strength to implement its business plan.

A benchmark in the Spanish residential market

The company has now consolidated its position as a benchmark in the Spanish residential market, with one of the most extensive and best-qualified land portfolios in the sector. Vía Célere is also committed to innovation and sustainability as fundamental pillars of its projects.
