Advising on public law.

Marisa Mirador advises public entities and national and international companies from different sectors, including real estate, tourism, environmental, energy and concessions on environmental law, public procurement, judicial reviews and administrative proceedings, and on general administrative law.

From 2017 to 2022, she worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023.

Before that, she worked at other law firms in Portugal and also worked at the POVT-QREN - Ministério da Economia e do Emprego, where she was responsible for verifying the conformity of public procurement procedures.

She is member of the Portuguese Bar Association, of AD URBEM – Associação para o Desenvolvimento do Direito do Urbanismo e da Construção, of the working group on licensing of Associação Portuguesa de Energias Renováveis (APREN), and of ICC Portugal’s Environment and Energy Commission. She was a member of the support office to the chair of the Portuguese Bar Association (2018-2019) for administrative law matters. She is an arbitrator at Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa (CAAD).

She was a visiting lecturer on the Master in Sustainable Town and Land Planning at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2018).

She is the author of several articles on land and town planning, and construction.
