Cuatrecasas has advised Digital Ware, a Colombian company with over 30 years’ experience in the development and marketing of specialized software for business management, on a COP 38 billion financing granted by Banco Itaú Colombia and Banco Davivienda.

With this syndicated loan, the company progresses toward its goal of managing its debt operations more efficiently, reducing time and costs, through a transaction executed taking into account the specific characteristics of the technology services sector. This allows it to maintain its focus on the sustainable development of its business model in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, and Peru, countries where it operates.

"Latin America is at a key moment in the development of its digital infrastructure, which is why operations of this type, in which financial institutions trust Colombian technology companies like Digital Ware, are important to continue committed to the next wave of productivity and economic growth in the country and the region," said Manuel Quiche, managing partner of Cuatrecasas Bogotá office, who led the transaction.

The Cuatrecasas advisory team also included the participation of lawyers Emilio Echeverry and Santiago Jaramillo (Finance); Mateo Benjumea and Alejandro Manrique (Corporate); and Ariana Fernández and Oswaldo Pacheco (Tax).
