SubscribeCuatrecasas has closed a new edition of its commercial development and business generation program, designed to develop the leadership and business development skills of new mid-level associates that have been promoted or joined the firm in 2026.
Held in Sancti Petri (Cádiz) from May 19 to 22, 61 of the firm's lawyers participated in different speeches and activities that enabled them to gain in-depth knowledge of the key aspects of the firm's strategy, and delve into the legal techniques, knowledge, and tools necessary for their professional career.
Lawyers from our Colombia, Chile, Spain, Mexico, Peru, and Portugal offices participated, following a full training program given by Cuatrecasas experts, including Luis Pérez de Ayala (senior partner of the firm); José Ramón Berecibar (Corporate); Ignacio Buil (Restructuring); Agustí Cerdá and Tomás Ugalde (Finance); Kai C. Fischer (Corporate and supervising partner of the German Desk); Paz Irazusta (Tax); and Laura Canudas (marketing and business development director). The lawyers also enjoyed a talk from Raúl Gómez (CEO of Vidrala), who spoke about the client’s perspective.
Over three intense days, the lawyers had the opportunity to improve their knowledge, acquire new skills, and reinforce collegiality.
